Alright! Enough already! You guessed it, we were back at
Rico's tonight for a celebration of my wife's birthday. We've been and blogged about Rico's many times, and tonight will be no different. Lively atmosphere, excellent drinks before dinner, and a meal that was simply incredible! I feasted on a Cajun entree of fried fish filets on top of a killer chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya! Authentic? You bet! This one would compete with the best of my home state, Louisiana! My wife enjoyed the mussels and shrimp in a spicy creme sauce. Our favorite Lumpias for a starter! And for dessert? An incredible pecan pie with a Wild Turkey Bourbon soaking and a little vanilla ice cream! Needless to say, my descriptions of the wonderful meal do not do it justice. Try this place for yourself, and you be the judge! It is certainly one of our lake Lanier area faves!
