Lake Lanier Sales Actibity

We're up and running with the research this morning. A quick look at the FMLS, and we're seeing about 429 homes for sale on Lake Lanier that have a dock/permit attached. That's a lot of inventory! The median price comes in at about $599,000. So pricing is still pretty strong and there are a bunch of properties for sale. Now is the time to start looking and to try to pick up a steal. Last month's sales showed an approximate average of $100,000 discount off of original list price of homes sold! Folks, it's time to dive in!
