Our July 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During July, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to July of 2006. The report's average lakefront home closing prices were down by approximately 4.99 percent compared to the same month last year. The days on market were still relatively few at 96.
