Our May 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During May, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to May of 2006. The report's average lakefront home closing prices were up by approximately 15.6 percent, however, compared to the same month last year. The days on market were still relatively few at 62.
