We've noticed the increase in inventory in our daily look at new listings. This prompted us to check the inventory level. Sure enough, our research showed 395 homes for sale at Lake Lanier that have a dock, slip or dock permit in place. That number is growing! And what else do the numbers show us? The most expensive home in our search came in at $19,900,000 located at 6531 Athletic Club Drive in Flowery Branch. The least expensive home in the search results was this small modular home at 6964 Dee Lane on the north end of Lanier in Murrayville. Between the extremes, the median list price of a Lake Lanier home in our results came in right near $500,000. What does half a million bucks buy? Take a look at 5739 Harbor N in the Hidden Harbor neighborhood in Gainesville.
High water at Lake Lanier brings lots of recreational visitors to the lake, which often stirs a greater desire to own and live on Lanier.
