Two 18,000 BTU mini-split HVAC systems with air conditioning and heat pump keep the fully spray-foam insulated garage comfortable and humidity-controlled year-round. Full double-slip door in center with high ceiling, and two single-slip doors (one on either side) with loft storage above each delivers ample parking and storage space. Liftmaster Jackshaft openers on each door eliminate issues with chains or belts for the openers. All three garage doors are fully insulated.
