Just recently, I thought about how much fun it would be to look back at some of the homes that we've assisted our clients in buying and selling on Lake Lanier. After all, we've been effectively representing our buy-side and sell-side clients with their real estate on Lake Lanier since 2001.
Today, I thought that I should start a little throwback series that would highlight some of these properties. For example, this gem located at 3390 Small Woods Lane in Gainesville, Georgia.
We assisted our buy-side client in purchasing this home in February of 2004. This was a three bedroom, three and one-half bath home on a full finished basement. Estimated at about 5,343 square feet, built in 1994 on a 1.2-acre, waterfront lot with a dock and party deck. The closing price for this purchase was $525,000. Look at this amazing view!
