- New Listings increased 2 percent to 17,182.
- Pending Sales were up 8 percent to 12,646.
- Inventory levels shrank 12 percent to 35,485 units.
- The Median Sales Price increased 10 percent to $229,900.
- Days on Market was down 13 percent to 46 days.
- Months Supply of Inventory was down 18 percent to 3 months.
