Follow-Up To Our April 23 Post - Lake Lanier Waterfont Homes For Sale...Could The Market Be Slowing? Are Prices Peaking?

Here's a quick follow up to our post from Sunday April 23, 2017. We ran the same search in FMLS this morning, in order to see if the results had changed in any significant way.

The similarities are striking! Here are the results from today's search...

1. Only 235 Lake Lanier waterfront homes listed as "Active" and for sale. Again, that is not much inventory for a strong Spring market. The April 23, 2017 number was 236.

2. Average list price was $839,321 and the Median list price was $649,900. The April numbers were as follows... average list price was an eye-popping $841,185 and the Median list price was $657,500.

As, you can see, our market conditions remain very similar to last month's numbers. Not much has changed. We need more inventory!
